never to rulers, Kaisers, or Tsars.

What do I think of the “Constitution”?
Fading ink staining withered ram skin.
Means less to me than it does to him!
What these stains mean my courts decide.
And, being mine, they see my side of the story,
agree unanimously, and I restore American glory.
